§ Mr. BIRRELLThe purchase agreements in the case of this estate were lodged in January, 1906. The estate will be dealt with in order of priority under the Regulations of 15th February, 1910; but the Estates Commissioners are not at present in a position to say when the holdings will be vested in the tenants.
