Broadfoots and Co., brass founders, Whiteinch, and at the works of the Glasgow and London Shipbuilding Company, both of these firms being Admiralty contractors and paying the labourers in their employ 18s. per week instead of the current rate of £l 0s. 3d.; and if he will cause inquiry to be made?
