§ Mr. BIRRELLThe nature of the experiment was explained in a letter recently addressed by the Vice-President of the Department to the hon. Member for the Leix Division of Queen's County. I will send a copy of that letter to the hon. Member. The officers of the Department's establishment acting under the instructions of the Department will be in charge of the experiment.
