§ The SECRETARY of STATE for WAR (Mr. Churchill): I beg to give notice that on an early day I shall ask leave to introduce a Bill to make provision for the maintenance of such Forces of the Crown as may be required to meet exigencies arising during the year after the termination of the present War, and with respect to the conditions of service of such forces, and for the purposes connected therewith.
