May I draw your attention to the fact that although there are but comparatively few questions on the Paper there is an almost complete absence of Members of the Government to deal with them. That, I venture to say, constitutes a great slight upon the House and a gross neglect of the duty which devolves upon the right hon. Gentlemen.
