Resolutions reported from the Select Committee:—

  1. 1. "That, in the case of the Railway Passengers Assurance Company (Transfer) [Lords], Petition for Bill, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with: —That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill."
  2. 2. "That, in the case of the Warrington Corporation Bill, Petition for Additional Provision, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the parties be permitted to insert the Additional Provision if the Committee on the Bill think fit."
  3. 3. "That, in the case of the Staffordshire Potteries Water Bill, Petition for dispensing with Standing Order 128 in 225 the case of the Petition of the 'Corporation of Stoke-on-Trent' against the Bill, the said Standing Order ought to be dispensed with."
  4. 4. "That, in the case of the Abertillery and District Water Board Bill [Lords], Petition for Additional Provision, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the parties be permitted to insert the Additional Provision if the Committee on the Bill think fit."
  5. 5. "That, in the case of the London County Council (Tramways and Improvements) Bill, Petition for Additional Provision, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the parties be permitted to insert the Additional Provision if the Committee on the Bill think fit."
