§ The SECRETARY of STATE for WAR (Mr. Haldane)A limited number of trained horses from Cavalry regiments are being boarded out with suitable persons in the neighbourhood of the barracks. The horses can be retained for six years, subject to certain conditions and on payment of a small annual insurance fee. These conditions were published on 27th May last; but I can let the Noble Lord have a copy, if he so desires, as they are too long to read out to the House.
