Mr. STRAUSSasked the Postmaster-General if he is aware that the withdrawal 8 of the newspaper telegraphists at the beginning of a Parliamentary recess is a cause of considerable inconvenience to the newspapers concerned; and if he can see his way to issue instructions that these telegraphists whose term concludes during a Parliamentary recess shall continue to work till after Parliament is prorogued?
