§ The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the BOARD of EDUCATION (Mr. Trevelyan)A similar procedure will certainly be adopted in the case of the West Riding if necessary, but it is impossible to state the date at which any particular area will be dealt with, as the preparation of the schedule involves much labour and takes time. I may say, however, that the Board have little reason to feel dissatisfied with the rate of progress which is being made in the West Riding in the improvement of school premises.
