§ Mr. RUNCIMANI understand the question to refer to the appointment by the local education authority of managers of public elementary schools under Section 6 of the Education Act, 1902. That is a matter entirely within the jurisdiction of the authority, and does not require the sanction of the Board of Education. The Board have no information as to what actually has been done in this connection by the authority in question.
