§ Mr. MASTERMANVarious matters connected with the white slave traffic and kindred offences against women are being considered at the present time. Certain aspects of the subject will come under discussion at an International Conference which will sit in Paris this week, and at which His Majesty's Government is represented. The Secretary of State will be happy to consider any practicable suggestions that are made to him.
