§ Mr. HERBERT SAMUELThe minimum time allowed to boy messengers for the mid-day meal is twenty minutes, as stated by the hon. Member, but in the City and at certain other offices the time allowed is thirty minutes. I have not received any complaint with regard to these arrangements, but I will look into the matter.
