§ Mr. CHURCHILLI am not in a position to make any statement at present. As I stated in reply to a question the other day, the Royal Commission on Mines is being reconstituted to deal with metalliferous mines and quarries, and this matter will be referred to them. I hope that their inquiry will be completed without any delay.
