§ The POSTMASTER-GENERAL (Mr. Herbert Samuel)The classification of Scottish towns following on the recommendations of the Parliamentary Committee has been completed. There may, however, be a few cases for further consideration either as the result of appeals from the staff or from other causes, but I am not in a position to furnish details of such cases.
