HC Deb 11 April 1910 vol 16 cc886-7
Mr. HACKETT

asked whether the Estates Commissioners had taken steps to comply with the requests of the tenants on the Going estate, at Earls-hill and Ballynonty, county Tipperary, to inspect the estate, with a view to declaring it a congested area within the Land Act of 1909; and whether he could state when the question would be considered and ruled upon by the Estates Commissioners?

Mr. BIRRELL

The Estates Commissioners have received the memorials referred to, and will deal with them and others of a similar nature in due course. I am not in a position to make any more definite statement on the subject at present.
