§ Mr. GINNELLasked the Secretary to the Board of Trade whether it is with the permission of that Board that the Midland Great Western Railway Company of Ireland have, by neglect, allowed a culvert under the Royal Canal at Derry-more, on the borders of Westmeath and Meath, to be stopped and the water diverted to another channel, causing a large area of land to be flooded; and whether the Board of Trade will require that company to reopen the culvert and maintain the watercourse at its old level?
