§ Mr. O'DOWDasked whether negotiations have been entered into for the purchase by the Congested Districts Board of the Jackson estate, situated at Cloon-sala, Ballintogher, county Sligo; and, if so, whether, in case of the success of these negotiations, the claim of the herd, Richard Feely, now under notice of eviction, to portion of these lands will be considered?
§ Mr. REDMOND BARRYThe estate in question has not been offered for sale to the Congested Districts Board, nor are they in negotiation for it. They have no knowledge of the circumstances relating to the herd.
