§ Mr. SYDNEY BUXTONThe Chain Trade Board have not yet fixed any minimum rates of wages. But I understand from the chairman that they will shortly give formal notice of certain rates which they propose to fix. A period of three months must then be allowed for objections before the rates are fixed by the Chain Trade Board. The question of what information, if any, shall be published in addition to the proposed rates is one for the determination of the Chain Trade Board.
