HC Deb 05 April 1910 vol 16 c221
Mr. BOLAND

asked the Chief Secretary whether the Congested Districts Board had received a memorial from the tenants on the Fuller estate at Cappagh, near Cahirciveen, with a view to the purchase of the estate through the Board; and would he state what action, if any, had been taken in the matter?

Mr. REDMOND BARRY

The application from the Fuller Estate to which the hon. Member refers is one of several hundred similar applications that are at present before the Congested Districts Board for consideration. No more definite statement can be made at present.
