HC Deb 05 April 1910 vol 16 c208
Sir OWEN PHILIPPS

asked whether nearly all the Great Powers are being represented by special squadrons at Buenos Ayres on the occasion of the centenary celebrations; and what vessels ha proposes shall represent this country?

Mr. McKENNA

It is understood that several of the Powers are sending ships. The United Kingdom will be represented by the Commander-in-Chief, Cape of Good Hope Station, in His Majesty's ship "Hermes," with the "Argyll" and "Amethyst."
