§ MR. WEIRI beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade, having regard to the fact that the proposed new code of railway bye-laws was remitted to the railway companies by the Board of Trade with certain modifications and suggestions nearly two years ago, will he state whether a revised code has yet been submitted to the Department; and if not, will he say whether he proposes to take any action in the matter.
§ MR. RITCHIEA revised code has not yet been submitted. Upon the question of policy I am afraid I cannot add anything to my reply to the hon Member of June 29th.
