§ MR. FLAVINI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is aware that great inconvenience is being caused to a large number of tenants in and around North Kerry owing to the Sub-Land Commission not shaving sat at Listowel for over two years to hear fair rent applications; and whether, seeing that tenants' applications. 589 made nearly three years ago are still unheard, representations will be made, with a view of having an immediate sitting of the Sub-Land Commission at Listowel, so as to remedy the congested condition of the fair rent applications awaiting trial.
§ MR. G. W. BALFOURI am informed that a Sub-Commission Court will sit at Listowel for the hearing of cases from North Kerry in the course of next month.
