§ MR. G. W. BALFOURThe rental in this estate has not been lodged for settlement, nor can it be until after the rulings on title have been issued. The registrar of the Land Judge's Court states that, in the absence on leave of the examiner who has charge of this case, he is unable to afford the information desired by the last paragraph.
