HC Deb 20 October 1899 vol 77 cc384-5
MR. HOGAN (Tipperary, Mid)

I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether Her Majesty's Government has decided on any specific course of action in reference to the recommendations of the Joint Commission with respect to the future administration of Samoa.

MR. A. J. BALFOUR (for Mr. BRODRICK)

I am afraid I gave the hon. Member to understand yesterday that I should be in a position to give him better information to-day, but I find that no decision has yet been arrived at. The matter is under consideration of the three Governments.
