I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether Her Majesty's Government has decided on any specific course of action in reference to the recommendations of the Joint Commission with respect to the future administration of Samoa.

In the absence of the Under Secretary, I have to say that no decision has yet been arrived at. The matter is under consideration of the three Governments. I hope to be able to give a reply to-morrow.
