Resolutions reported from the Committee:—

  1. 1. "That, in the case of the Brooke's Park, Londonderry Bill [Lords], the Standing Orders ought to he dispensed with:— That the parties ho permitted to proceed with their Bill."
  2. 2. "That, in the ease of the Owens College, Manchester, I Bill [Lords], the Standing Orders ought to he dispensed with:— That the parties he permitted to proceed with their Bill."
  3. 3. "That, in the case of the Bexhill and Rotherfield Railway Bill, Petition for additional Provision, the; Standing Orders ought to he dispensed with:—That the parties he permitted to introduce their additional Provision, if the Committee on the Bill think fit."
  4. 4. "That, in the case of the West Metropolitan Railway Bill, Petition for; additional Provision, the Standing Orders ought to lie dispensed with:—That the parties he permitted to introduce their additional Provision, if the Committee on the Bill think fit."
