WEIR (Ross and Cromarty)I beg to ask the Lord Advocate whether the Secretary for Scotland has received a memorial from the Parish Council of Tarbat, Ross-shire, making application for 481 a grant in aid of the extension and improvement of Portmahomack Harbour; and, will he state whether it is proposed to make application to the Treasury with a view to accede to the request of the memorialists.
