§ MR. A. J. BALFOURWednesday, as the House knows, is left for private Members. The Government nights, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, will, I suppose, be occupied by the London Government Bill. Friday will be occupied by a discussion on the Adjournment of the House and by some Votes in Supply, which, I hope, are of an uncontroversial character.
