reported from the Committee on Group J of Private Bills, That the parties promoting the Electric Lighting Provisional Orders (No. 2) Bill (Ystradyfodwg (Maerdy) Order) had stated that the evidence of David William Smith, Stationmaster at Maerdy, was essential to their case; and it having been proved that his attendance could not be procured without the intervention of the House, he had been instructed to move, That the said David William Smith do attend the said Committee upon Monday next, at Twelve of the clock.

Ordered, That David William Smith (Stationmaster at Maerdy) do attend the Committee on Group J. of Private Bills upon Monday next, at Twelve of the clock.
