I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether he will arrange that the Third Reading of the Finance Bill should be taken, so as to afford an opportunity for a discussion on the question of the financial relations between Great Britain and Ireland.

I am not aware that any new facts have come before the House since last year to justify the House again going over the ground referred to. I do not make any pledge on the part of the Government to find time for a discussion of the subject.
