§ Sir Henry Fletcher reported from the Committee on Group J of Private Bills; That the parties opposing the Belfast Corporation Bill had stated that the evidence of George Frederick Giles, Engineer to Belfast Harbour Commissioners, was essential to their case; and it having been proved that his attendance could not be procured without the intervention of the House, he had been instructed to move that the said George Frederick Giles do attend the said Committee To-morrow, at Two of the clock.
