§ Ordered, That it be an Instruction to the Committee on the Bradford Tramways and Improvement Bill to especially consider the Clauses of this Bill authorising the inclosure of any part of Baildon 137 Moor, and to report whether, having regard to the provisions of The Commons Act, 1876, and to the increase of the population in the neighbourhood, such inclosure is expedient.—(Sir Charles Dilke.)
