§ Sir John Brunner reported from the Committee on Group B of Private Bills, That the parties promoting the Leicester Corporation Water Bill had stated that the evidence of Samuel Wood, Chartered Accountant, of 30, Grace-church Street, E.C., was essential to their case; and it having been proved that his attendance could not be procured without the intervention of the House, he had been instructed to move that the said Samuel Wood do attend the said Committee To-morrow, at half-past Eleven of the clock.
§ Ordered, That Samuel Wood do attend the Committee on Group B of Private Bills To-morrow, at half-past Eleven of the clock.
