CHAMBERLAIN, Birmingham, W.)The Cyprus Government have made a provisional contract subject to the approval of Her Majesty's Government with the Austrian Lloyds Company for the mail service between Cyprus and Egypt, to commence on June 1st; as the contract is now under the consideration of the Treasury it would not be convenient to state its terms at present.
