HC Deb 21 March 1899 vol 68 c1571
MR. SCOTT

I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he has yet received the Report which Lord Cromer was requested to furnish as to the statement that, on the day of the battle of Omdurman, the camp followers murdered and plundered wounded dervishes; whether he has received Lord Cromer's Report on the alleged dismemberment of the Mahdi's body before it was thrown into the Nile; and whether these Reports, when received, will be printed and issued to Members?

MR. BRODRICK

I will lay upon the Table to-day Papers containing Reports from Lord Cromer and Lord Kitchener on all these subjects.
