I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he has any information as to the statement that Dum-dum bullets have been served out to Russian troops serving in the neighbourhood of the Indian frontier?

We have no information with regard to the statement.

Cannot the right honourable Gentleman make inquiry?
