HC Deb 20 March 1899 vol 68 c1302

Mr. Baldwin reported from the Committee on Group A of Private Bills, That the parties promoting the Horsforth Water Bill had stated that the evidence of John Wood, of Horsforth, near Leeds, was essential to their case; and it having been proved that his attendance could not be procured without the intervention of the House, he had been instructed to move that the said John Wood do attend the said Committee Tomorrow, at Twelve of the Clock, and during such time as the said Bill shall be under the consideration of the said Committee.

Ordered, That John Wood do attend the said Committee To-Morrow, at Twelve of the clock, and during such time as the Horsforth Water Bill shall be under the consideration of the Committee.
