Mr. Hobhouse reported from the Committee on Group 1 of Railway Bills, That the parties promoting the Leicester, Groby, and Bradgate Park Railway Bill had stated that the evidence of Frederick Griffiths, of the Town Hall, Leicester, was essential to their case; and it having been proved that his attendance could not be procured without the intervention of the House, he had been in- structed to move that the said Frederick Griffiths do attend the said Committee upon Monday next, the 20th March, at Twelve of the clock.

Ordered, That Frederick Griffiths do attend the Committee on Group 1 of Railway Bills upon Monday next, at Twelve of the clock.
