§ MR. WEIRI beg to ask the Lord Advocate if he will state what steps have been taken by the Congested Districts Board to encourage and improve the breed of poultry in the congested areas?
MR. GRAHAM MURRAYI am informed by the Congested Districts Board that the subject referred to by the honourable Member was recently considered by a Committee of the Board with the view to distributing eggs of suitable breeds of poultry in certain selected districts. If the honourable Member will repeat his Question after the Easter Recess, it will be possible to give more definite information.
