HC Deb 16 March 1899 vol 68 c983
MR. HEDDERWICK

I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether the composition of the International Scientific North Seas Fishery Commission has been fixed, the propositions to be submitted to the Commissioners have been agreed upon, and, if so, could he state who are to represent this country; and, what are the terms defining the scope of the Commission?

THE FIRST LORD OF THE TREASURY

The exact composition of the Commission has not yet been fixed, nor yet have the British delegates been selected. The terms defining the scope of the inquiry are also still under consideration. The Commission is expected to meet early in June.

MR. HEDDERWICK

Where?

THE FIRST LORD OF THE TREASURY

That I cannot say.
