STOCK (Liverpool, Walton)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether his attention has been drawn to a recent decision affecting the revision of the lay tithe rent charge in Ireland, by which it was set down that owing to the failure of the "Dublin Gazette" to publish the market prices of such commodities as the tithes were estimated on, all reductions obtained since the cessation of such publication were illegal, and the tithe rent payer is in future prevented from applying to the court for revision of his tithes; and whether the Government will take steps to remedy such an injusice?
