§ MR. H. D. GREENE (Shrewsbury)I beg to ask Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer, whether a parish council or churchwardens keeping, for the use of parishioners, a hearse or wheel bier adapted for being drawn by one or more horses is exempt by statute from taking-out a licence in respect of it; and whether, if there is no such exemption in the Statute, Her Majesty's Government will introduce such an exemption.
