§ MR. MACARTNEYOptional retirement has been temporarily suspended in the ease of six Fleet Paymasters, owing to the exigencies of the Service. Care is taken that the entry of assistant clerks is sufficient to meet requirements.
§ CAPTAIN DONELANMay I ask whether it is not the fact that the list of paymasters is at present 20 short?
