Resolutions reported from the Committee—

  1. "1. That in the case of the Belfast Corporation Petition, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill, provided that Clause 41 be struck out of the Bill:—That the Committee on the Bill do report how far such Order has been complied with.
  2. "2. That in the case of the National Telephone Company (No. 1) Petition, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill, provided that clause 94 be struck out of the Bill:—That the Committee on the Bill do report how far such Order has been complied with."
  3. "3. That, in the case of the National Telephone Company (No. 2) Petition, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill, provided that clause 16 be struck out of the Bill:—That the Committee on the Bill do report how far such Order has been complied with,"
  4. "4. That, in the case of the Southport and Lytham Tramroad Bill [Lords], the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill, provided that the powers to construct the proposed Tramways A and B be struck out of the Bill:—That the Committee on the Bill do report how far such Order has been complied with."
  5. "5. That in the case of the Skipton Gas Bill [Lords], the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill."
  6. "6. That in the case of the Coatbridge and Airdrie Light Railway Petition, the Standing Orders ought not to be dispensed with."
