§ COLONEL McCALMONT (Antrim, E.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is aware that in the county Antrim the urban and district councils of Antrim, with 810 voters, are to have six members, while the electoral division of Ballyclare, with 925 voters, is to be represented at the district council by two councillors; and whether he will direct the attention of the Local Government Board to the matter, so that the anomaly may be amended?
