Resolution reported from the Committee—
That in the case of the Metropolitan Water Companies Bill, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the Bill be permitted to proceed on condition that the necessary notices of the objects of the Bill, in accordance with the Standing Orders, be forthwith published:—That the Committee on the Bill do report how far such Order has been complied with.
