THE UNDER SECRETARY OF STATE FOR WAR (Mr. G. WTNDHAM,) DoverNo recommendation has as yet been received from India in respect of the campaign on the North-west Frontier. In respect of the Soudan Campaign, it is proposed to recommend to Her Majesty that certain actions should be commemorated on the colours of the troops concerned.
