§ MR. WEIRI beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury when the new regulalations for the guidance of Inland Revenue officers in regard to granting of certificates of exemption from dog tax in the Highlands of Scotland will be issued.
§ MR. HANBURYIt is not proposed to issue any new regulations. I undertook to see if the same principles could not be applied everywhere, and I have no reason to doubt that that is being done.
