GRAHAM MURRAYI am informed by the Local Government Board that the District Clerk states that the 767 excavation of the track for laying the pips to conduct the water to the places mentioned by the hon. Member is finished, and that the completion of the contract is delayed owing to the non-delivery of material, which, however, is expected this week.
