WEIRI beg to ask the Lord Advocate whether the Secretary for Scotland has received a copy of the resolution carried at the last meeting of the Ross and Cromarty County Council in favour of the extension of the Crofters Act, 1886, to leaseholders under £30; and, will he state what steps it is proposed to take in the matter.
